Who We Are
Blue Star is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization founded in 1988 by Sri Vasudeva. Blue Star Canada, a registered Canadian non-profit, was founded in 1996. We are dedicated to the development of human potential at all levels – physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual. Our programs are focused on self realization, optimal well-being, community service and co-creating a more compassionate/peaceful world.
Our Guiding Principles
Self-Discipline: To provide an environment for holistic development where our full potential can be realized at all levels of being.
Self-Transformation: To awaken and develop the spiritual consciousness within ourselves, in turn creating a peaceful, loving and harmonious community.
Selfless Service: To engage in humanitarian service, preserving and supporting our natural environment though recognizing the Divine Principle existing in all life.
