Learn to cultivate more loving, productive and satisfying relationships in all aspects of life.

We will explore the art of building powerful relationships through Yoga, lecture, discussion and guided meditation. Topics include the mastery of speech, developing the emotional energy centre and effective listening and experiencing the power of love.
